Customer support: Their customer supoprt is a life saver. Althouth UI is intuitive, I had some problems with invoices. and customer support replied in detail to my questions.

I would not have been able to be this successful without easystaff.io that helps me pay other contractors I hire occasionally for my international clients.

With any client and project I work on, I get local professionals on board. Most frequently I work with translators and copywriters who are able to deliver content and check it language-wise. I also work with designers very often, and I try to work with those based in areas with lower rates, so my fee is not too high (or revenue too low for that matter).

I can’t stress enough how helpful easystaff.io has been to us this whole time. Money, time and effort saved are simply immeasurable. We are now able to control payroll costs better than ever thanks to easystaff providing the exact amounts to be sent right away. I mean in other payroll software some banking fees are not taken into account, and the recipient ends up receiving less than promised. Getting less money than agreed on may become a reason for why contractors decide to leave. Easystaff is crucial in retaining talents. Then, I adore how simple workflow is. There is a single account to manage all payroll operations. I can see multiple currencies and all onboarded freelancers. I just look up a freelancer to pay them again, and that’s it.

One important feature of easystaff.io is speed. The service is very robust in all aspects from registration to actual money transfer. Unlike with some other contractor management tools, we were only requested to obtain the necessary document (the founder’s ID) to get verified. Moderation time was minimal, and we were able to onboard contractors right away.

As an education platform, we make multiple payments, so using easystaff about 3 times a week is typical for us. Sometimes the amounts are not too high, and still we are able to send that at very kind commission rates.

Easystaff helped my team keep on working and stay together despite distances. we’re scattered across the globe, and easystaff made it easy to work with them regardless of where they are.

The greatest flex I see in the platform is that it is a single place where I onboard and pay all workers, I don’t use multiple apps or payment methods in different apps. I only go to easystaff for all.

But the biggest reason I like the platform is because money is sent fast, and I know how much money freelancer will receive because exchange rates are predictable.

So far I have not seen anything bad or not working about easystaff, so I am not planning on changing the service. I used to compare them to Deel and I felt like easystaff was cool, but now I understand that easystaff basically covers all my needs, and I don’t need anything else outside of their features. I feel like what they charge (a commission of 10% + conversion is on my side) is decent, and I am totally comfortable paying that. I never was charged extra while using easystaff, so I am confident that I pay for what I get.

All in all, I like the service a lot and I am glad I can keep the team as it is instead of finding region-locked teams for every task.

I am the founder of an online education platform, and our current ambition is to expand to Europe. The greatest challenge was to find translators, marketers, and programmers to sustain the expansion, and EasyStaff made it possible!

We are based in Montenegro, with not only the staff members scattered across the globe (CIS, Serbia, Asia) but also freelancers. So however we paid, we had to be extremely cautious and provide all necessary documents to maintain legal operations in Montenegro. Thanks to this service, we moved away from half-legal grey-zone payment practices into full-scale 100% compliant payment options. One great advantage is that we can pay with crypto. Easystaff is the only tool that handles such payments, from what I see.

But I also see some underdeveloped aspects to easystaff that may need their team’s attention. First, it is the verification process. I was OK with sending them my passport and all only because I knew people who recommended easystaff to me. If it was not for them, I would just stop the registration. I feel like easystaff should provide a real person as a POC prior to requesting documents. Second, it is how recipients get money on their end. I had to walk through the whole process on my side with their support team to figure this out. I felt like the point of easystaff is to simplify the process as much as possible for freelancers, but it turns out it is not the case.

Another reason why I love easystaff is that payments happen fast. I don't have to wait weeks before money reaches the recepient. I can't say it is any serious dislike, but I really think easystaff should consider developing scheduled transfers.We regularly send out money in the middle and in the end of the month, so having an automoated schedule would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I absolutely love the simplicity behind easystaff. It is what it sounds: super easy to find people I need. Text them, onboard them, work with them, pay them. I am using easystaff quite often to supply my team with external data analysts and marketing researchers. I don't have to find specific tools to pay to Asia or Europe, or ask a freelancer I like to accept my task on a freelance platform... None of this time wasting with easystaff. Basically, I can reach out to any professional I find appropritae for a job and get to work with them right away.

I can't stress this enough, really. Versatility of the service is what makes me love it so much.
