The HR section is super free as of now, no competition.I was excited to try something new and build presence on a new platform. I like easy it is, really! Straight to the point,not too heavy on advertising inside, and the competiton is fair too. I'd recommend eaysbusy to anyone looking to start their career in freelance. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Connect?** It is the design and the amount of people there, both freelancers and companies that post jobs. I am sure that the platform will grow if they invite more people to it. **What problems is EasyStaff Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** i wanted to see if I can build a presence online as freelancer. Easyvusy is still very new so I thought it would be a great start for me. ### 2. It’s a good platform, but it’s got to go a lnf wu before it is really ready for the market. The biggest problem for me was the platform's design. It felt raw, not like the sleek and user-friendly interfaces I’m used to. It made finding the right freelancers and managing the project a little more frustrating than it should be. Another thing that bothered me was the onboarding process. They offer no instructions as you exproe tha platofrm. I didn't find EasyBusy particularly user friendly, so for me instructions would have been super useful. But the biggest drawback for me was the currency exchange fees. I was surprised to learn that they were on the client, not the freelancer. It definitely added a layer of complexity to the process and made budgeting a little trickier. EasyBusy was workable for finding freelancers, but for a platform with such a powerful USP, I expected a little more polish and functionality. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Connect?** My major concerns and dislikes I provided in the field above. There are ritial for the product's future development, in my opinion. **What problems is EasyStaff Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't deny that eaysbusy is after all the iny freelance perform that provides closing documents to both freelancers and customers. I Ike the function as it helps me streamline and optimize co tractor management in my company. ### 3. I feel this is because there are a bit more customers now than there are freelancers. As for the tasks that people there post, they are different, both relatively easy and complex. I liked how fast money went through after I was paid and withdrawal was also fast. The good thing is they don't have funds hold so I can request a withdrawal once money is credited to me. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Connect?** The two main things I disliked were design and onboarding. The design is very poor and it needs more development. I leant about EasyBusy from a friend, that's why I trusted the platform. If it was not for someone else's vouching for them, I would not have signed up. They really need to make the UI more high quality so it looks serious. And as for onboarding, there is no onboarding. I had to speak to customer support for some steps. If they change the UI, they probably won't need any onboarding at all. **What problems is EasyStaff Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a new marketplace to explore. I believe I will be able to earn more with easybusy which is after all my end goal. ### 4. On the one hand, I am glad there is now a platform where I can reach out to new people, new customers and where my chances of getting a new order are higher than in huge, long existing platforms like freelancer.com. On the other hand, I feel like easybusy is not a complete project yet, because it depends on so many other services. I am not a fan of multiple accounts for a single product, and I hope they are going to change it soon. So far, I need to onboard EasyStart and EasyBusy. I imagine it is similar for clients who buy my services. Feature-wise, I think easybusy has more to offer that others, like their feature freelance storefront. It helps me show what I can do, which attracts clients. The sad part is, I can only add 3 projects, which I hope they would turn to at least 5 maybe. Price-wise, I think you can find more expensive orders that elsewhere so this factor also makes EasyBusy more favorable to me. **What do you dislike about EasyStaff Connect?** Primarily it is how EasyBusy is related to many other accounts. I can't say it is convenient. I want EasyBusy to be a completely independent service. **What problems is EasyStaff Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was excited to try something new with less competition on board.
