It allow me to simplify my delivery management thanks to the plugin that show accurate shipping rates at checkout (with always 3 options for the customer) and by allowing me to easily generate shipping labels for different delivery companies via the dashboard. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** I had an issue once with the production of new labels for Canada Post, but the Customer support has resolved it as quickly as they can. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have an e-commerce website and I was looking for a simple but complete tool to allow me to easily manage the delivery of my products. Easyship does that. ### 2. Excellent user interface with well-organized task flows. Customer service is excellent, only if your plan have access to online chat, but it's well worth it as my problem was solved on-the-spot. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** When you encounter an error, like I did, there is limited self-help that can be of use, such as clear error messages, help articles, etc. You are reliant totally on their customer support to troubleshoot and fix the problem. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aggregator of couriers (both local and international), getting me all the delivery options in one place, printing of labels and tracking of shipments without having to go to multiple sites. ### 3. All I have to do is enter in an address with customer info and Easyship spits out the price it'll cost to ship and when I ship, I can send the label directly to my label printer. Everything works so smoothly. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** I wish that overseas shipments had slightly more guidance. It isn't as intuitive that I should be printing out 3 copies of commercial invoices and sometimes when I get errors or rejected shipments, the descriptions don't do a great job at indicating what exactly went wrong. Their customer support is fairly quick to respond when I run into those issues though. In addition sometimes when I pay duties with IOSS the IOSS payment statement is kind of hidden away. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easyship is my shipping solution. They also provide address verification services for my Kickstarter campaign. ### 4. From start to finish, this has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with any company. Their customer service is non-existent, their claim process is painfully slow, and even after approving my claim, they failed to deliver payment within their own stated timeframe. Empty promises, endless delays, and zero accountability. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** The complete lack of transparency, accountability, and professionalism. It took months just to get a simple insurance claim approved, and now they’re dragging their feet on paying it—well past the timeframe they promised. Support is useless, responses (if you get one) are vague and unhelpful, and there’s clearly no urgency or respect for customers. It's hard to imagine a worse experience. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** None - Easyship made my life significantly worse. ### 5. When issues arise, he is responsive and consistent with communication. There is clear evidence of continuous improvement going on behind the scenes to provide a better user experience and order management. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** Our first few account managers (3) weren't the best. Their understanding of how the platform operated and how to make it perform best for our situation lacked depth, and as a result, some significant errors occurred. This has been remedied with our current (last 2.5 years) account manager. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a consolidated shipping platform that provides the best available shipping partners around the globe make for simplified logistics for our small brand. It’s helpful for managing multiple orders in one place. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** We continue to face repeated UPS weight discrepancies where we're being overcharged for weight that doesn't match the actual shipment. Despite raising the issue multiple times and providing evidence, Easyship has not provided a resolution. Support is slow and often redirects responsibility instead of fixing the problem. This has caused unnecessary losses and wasted time. A lack of accountability and poor dispute handling makes it hard to trust the platform for high-volume shipping. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easyship allows me to compare shipping charges across multiple couriers in one place, which saves time and helps me choose the most cost-effective option for each shipment. The discounted rates are great. **What do you dislike about Easyship?** Update 3/14/25: Tom, the CEO, took time to resolve this issue. It was due to a mis-understanding and he has made this right for us. We appreciate him taking the time to do so. - Easyship’s support team lacks basic understanding of common products and shipping regulations. Despite providing clear information, they repeatedly asked for irrelevant documentation, delaying shipments and disrupting business operations. For reference, we sell natural, handmade bath & body products. They have deemed these as “hazardous” to ship, despite ingredients readily available to review. Their poor customer service and unnecessary hurdles make them an unreliable choice for small businesses. I have switched to a new shipping partner that gladly welcomed us after 10 years of shipping without issues at other companies! **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** The platform provides great rates & easy integration. ### 9. It was supposed to save both time and money and it accomplished neither. Nothing worked and it cost me tons of time trying to make it work. ### 10. Apart from this fact the reputation is always at stake if you fail to provide timely information deemed necessary to the client at counter part. ### 11. When I called QExpress with the package number Easyship gave me, QExpress said it was not their number and could not track a third party number! To contact Easyship directly. How frustrating. When I decided to cancel my shipment all together, no refund is offered - it was a wasted exercise and experience. **What problems is Easyship solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solve my shipping needs (in theory) when it works. ### 12.
