What do you like best about EasyShifts?

I appreciate the fact that EasyShifts is so user friendly. It puts the power of the employees schedule in their hands. No more misunderstandings, missed requests, and wondering if everyone knows of the available shifts. The schedule is all up to date so employees are able to see it in real time which is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyShifts?

I would like the ability to run reports on sick calls. I don't think that is an option currently or if it is I am not sure how to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you so much for your review! We're delighted that EasyShifts has helped you keep track of everything so easily! Regarding a sick-days report, did you know under REPORTS and then the ABSENCES tab you can run a report from any date range that will show all sick days (including notes) for a department. Want to see sick days for just one employee? Go to the EMPLOYEES page and click EDIT, finally click on EMPLOYEE ABSENCES tab.

You can also use the powerful ACTIVITY LOG page with various filters to see a list of sick days per person etc. Please reach out to support@easyshifts.com if you'd like a demonstration on zoom of how to do that. We'd love to show you. Thanks again for your feedback!

What do you like best about EasyShifts?

Bright colors, easy to use, very intuitive! We have been using this software for probably 10 years or longer and really enjoy it. Especially when having to integrate multiple shifts across various times--invaluable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyShifts?

It is somewhat frustrating to not be able to copy & paste a repeating individual working across multiple shifts. It requires no less than 3 clicks for every time slot. Not a deal breaker, but this could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time clock punch issues, it would be easier if there was a button to clear all instead of one at a time. Especially if they are all "punch without location". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyShifts?

That staff are able to go into the app and pick what shifts they want to pick up ,swop,and to put in there request off days instead of me having to keep up with tons of paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't found anything yet that I'm unsatisfied with yet. Just getting started with this app.I have been using app for a week now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
