The best aspect I like about this EasySendy Pro Platform is its affordability, combined with advanced email marketing capabilities. This platform gives our business complete flexibility to connect with multiple SMTP relay services like Amazon mail gun sendgrid and other tools out there, which helps us with our email deliverability overall while keeping costs under control. They are automation workflows, auto responders, segmentation and drip campaign features are very useful for nurturing leads and running personalised campaigns I also like the ability to manage a campaign and track the opens and clicks and also their integration with tools like Word Present Zapier. Their email template builder should be more modernised and polished when compared with other large email marketing platform out there in this space certain advanced configuration specifically around smtp setup and deliverability optimization should require more technical understanding for beginners which is an hassle there UI is functional but not as visually defined unpolished when compared with other competitors out there in the space those need bit of an improvement and also an improvement in server consistency is highly needed. This platform helps us by reducing the high cost associated with traditional email marketing platform where providing automation and campaign management features it also specifically benefiting or business in specific marketers and creators when they need a scalable email outreach without paying much of fund raising similar to enterprise grade tools this platform also make automating customer engagement managing segmental list and improve campaign delivery through hybrid smtp integrations this has helped us overall streamlining marketing workflows and improve our email marketing campaign performance. I like EasySendy Pro for its unbeatable cost efficiency and the stable, high-deliverability email sending through Amazon SES. It significantly cuts our monthly delivery costs compared to fully hosted email marketing platforms, yet manages large subscriber lists smoothly. I appreciate that it’s self-hosted and GDPR-friendly, which gives us full control over our customer data, crucial for our B2B operations in Germany. The interface is simple and straightforward, allowing our team to create campaigns, manage lists, and set up automations without a steep learning curve. The combination of cost efficiency and straightforward campaign management lets us run reliable, GDPR-compliant email marketing at scale without overspending or wasting staff time. One of the main drawbacks is that because it’s self-hosted, we have to handle more technical maintenance ourselves—like updates, server monitoring, and occasional deliverability tuning—compared to fully managed email tools. That means we occasionally need IT support for issues that would be automatic on SaaS platforms. Here are the specific improvements we need: Managed hosting option: A fully hosted, SaaS-style version would eliminate all server maintenance. We’d happily pay a little more to avoid self-hosting headaches. One-click updates & automatic upgrades: Right now, updates can be technical and risky. We want safe, one-click updates for the application, plugins, and dependencies—no manual file uploads or code work. Proactive monitoring & deliverability alerts: We need built-in alerts for issues like sudden drops in delivery or open rates, IP reputation changes, and server or database problems. Right now, we often only discover issues after they’ve already affected campaigns. The initial setup of EasySendy Pro was functional but definitely more technical than fully hosted email marketing tools. Since it’s self-hosted, we had to set up the server, install the script, configure the database, connect Amazon SES, and adjust delivery and security settings ourselves.
