Operators tap in a reading, or capture it straight from a linked scale, probe or Bluetooth thermometer, and Easyr does the maths. Live control charts check every reading against all 8 Nelson rules and explain any alert in plain English, so teams catch drift before it turns into scrap, fill-weight giveaway, a customer complaint or a recall. Easyr SPC includes the food-specific features that generic SPC tools leave out: CCP monitoring: critical control points are flagged on screen with their critical limit, check frequency and corrective action. Operators are prompted when a check is due, team leaders are alerted if one is missed, and a breach must have its corrective action recorded. Batch and lot traceability: every reading is linked to its batch or lot number and to the scale, probe or gauge that took it, so you can answer recall and calibration questions in minutes. Fill-weight and giveaway control: track fill weights against target and see the overage for each product. Flexible sampling: schedule checks by time or by production quantity, or use ASQ sampling tables to set sample sizes from lot size. Process capability: Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk are calculated automatically, including per batch, and colour-coded so anyone can see whether a process is capable. Audit-ready reporting: produce a branded customer and audit report with capability results, control charts and corrective-action history in one click, and export it to PDF or Excel for HACCP, MPI, ISO 22000 or customer audits. Easyr SPC supports X̄-R, X̄-S, I-MR, p, np, c and u charts, and works for general manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive and aerospace suppliers as well as food. It’s cloud based, so there’s nothing to install, and every plan includes unlimited users.
