Easypost does not allow for the customization of shipping labels. Similar services such as shipping easy do allow for logo placement on some labels depending on the carrier. As a shipping API, Easypost is exactly that and it works well. Technical support regarding the API is also good. As long as all you need is the shipping API and answers to technical questions, everything will be great, but know that you and API will be mostly on your own. Beyond the API, the online interface is clumsy to use and lacking the ability to get information that you should be able to (you can't get any details about rebilled charges to your Easypost balance with having your own code to access that through the API, how can this be???).

If you have any more significant problems, do not expect any support or resolution from Easypost. We used Easypost's own new DHL service when it came out to send some packages, however after delivery they came back with absurd rebilled adjustments and claims that packages weighed 3056 lbs. After multiple emails back and forth, it became apparent to us that a) the issue likely happened because when Easypost first rated the shipment their system converted between weight/dimension units incorrectly, b) Easypost would not admit to there being any issue on their part, and c) it seemed to us that their support agents were providing unhelpful and ignorant responses to avoid dealing with the problem Easypost created. I think Easypost knows that it is unlikely for a few hundred dollars of incorrectly billed shipments they refuse to correct to go to litigation and it is disappointing that this was their support approach.
