What do you like best about EasyPost?

Easypost is reliable, fast, cheap, and does not give me any headaches. It helps me ship dozens of orders per day, integrates with my shipping system, and provides great reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyPost?

EasyPost has a great API that is very consistent and well documented. Customer support is also quick to respond and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyPost?

I have noticed some inconsistencies between our UPS account rates and rates retrieved from EasyPost. This might be a UPS issue, buts it's hard to tell and I get directed to UPS by EasyPost. UPS is most unhelpful, but that's not a reflection of EasyPost. Just frustrating when I have a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EasyPost?

It integrates well with our ERP system and usually makes doing the work easy and user friendly for our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EasyPost?

Sometimes when there are unexpected issues (which may be caused by upgrades pushed into our system from Microsoft) it is not easy to get assistance with resolving the issues quickly. Sometimes we wait a day or 2 before hearing back. If easyPost is not working, it means we are not shipping, which is a huge problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
