What do you dislike about EasyPost? I have noticed some inconsistencies between our UPS account rates and rates retrieved from EasyPost. This might be a UPS issue, buts it's hard to tell and I get directed to UPS by EasyPost. UPS is most unhelpful, but that's not a reflection of EasyPost. Just frustrating when I have a problem. Sometimes when there are unexpected issues (which may be caused by upgrades pushed into our system from Microsoft) it is not easy to get assistance with resolving the issues quickly.
