I've found a different vendor to use. **What do you dislike about EasyPost?** No API keys readily available even after creating my account and adding payment details - no way to remove my account either or remove my payment method. **What problems is EasyPost solving and how is that benefiting you?** None. ### 2. They routinely charge BOTH my credit card and my bank account simultaneously. And on top of that, they charge a 3% convenience fee for the credit card payment which I did not authorize. They claim the credit card is only a secondary payment method, but they insist on charging both payment methods anyway. I tried for the longest time to get some correction with customer support, but they were adamant they were doing things right and refused to make any correction. You can only get 1 rate at a time (example, based on weight OR small flat rate box OR flat rate envelope OR medium flat rate box OR So if you want to allow users to see a list of rates and select you end up making 7 or more requests to build the list of rates. Which sucks but is not a deal breaker. Except that if you make too many requests, they lock your account for wasting resources. So they've built an API that requires a lot of requests to be made and then penalize you for making too many requests. Move on. I have been trying to schedule a call for 4 weeks now and have gone nowhere. All I am getting is the same email over and over from the staff. It seems like they are not ready the emails and simply putting pre-written answers. Finally, I managed to book a call with a person and they emailed me the day before the call to tell me that they have moved to a different position within the company and I should contact support again. Shame on you Kyle. How hard it is to put the call onto a colleague so I don't have to go through the same painful process for another 4 weeks? **What do you dislike about EasyPost?** The whole experience so far has been bad and a waste of time. Nothing good to say about this company. **Recommendations to others considering EasyPost:** Get your act together and provide easier integration and initial support.
