It's also caught up with modern time—EasyLlama reflects on information from recent events (i.e. COVID-19 pandemic) and stylizes content with current everyday interfaces (i.e. emails and text messages) to help get the message across. **What do you dislike about EasyLlama?** After having to pause and think for few minutes, I really don't have any immediate downsides to share about EasyLlama. **What problems is EasyLlama solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use EasyLlama for Ethics and Compliance Training. This training is a routine, yet mandatory, training revolving around serious topics that may make users feel uncomfortable. And for other users, the fact that this is usually a long, routine training may cause them to deprioritize it. EasyLlama definitely acknowledges both of these types of users in its courses! The simple, interactive interface allows both user types to digest and progress through the training in bite-size portions. For serious topics like "Workplace Violence" it is crucial that everyone understands the importance of workplace safety and respect and that it should not be postponed or ignored. In my opinion, after having gone through various safety training programs provided by various employers, EasyLlama is by far the best and most well thought out program that got me through it quickly. And I feel like I've definitely learned new information from EasyLlama. ### 2.
