EasyHRM is an all-in-one HR and payroll system for small and mid-size companies (about 10 to 300 staff) that have outgrown spreadsheets. It covers employee records, org chart and documents; time off with balances, requests, entitlements and a team calendar; attendance from web or phone with late detection and corrections; and field teams with GPS punches at geofenced sites, an optional selfie reviewed by HR, and client visits. Timesheets, expense claims with receipts and an approvals inbox with out-of-office delegation keep requests moving. Payroll is built from attendance and leave, flags changes against last month, needs a second-person approval and delivers payslips on web and mobile. EasyHRM also handles recruitment (openings, candidates, interviews, offers and a careers page), onboarding checklists, goals and reviews, notices and reports with exports. The web app is paired with an Android and iPhone app for employees and field teams that works offline. Every company can try every feature free for 7 days.
