Being able to get ahold of someone directly is great because speaking to a real person helps create clarity. The support team was also incredibly helpful in getting our merchant application approved, making the onboarding process a breeze. I also love the new bill pay tool they implemented, which allows our community to pay contractors through the software easily. Having all the tools centralized in one easy-to-access place has been incredibly beneficial. **What do you dislike about EasyHOA?** That we didn’t find them sooner to help get our Community organized! **What problems is EasyHOA solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use EasyHOA to organize my community, consolidate documents, and communicate with owners.
