I like that it's pretty easy to start a course. I love the AI features like creating a course from a pdf that would be boring to read but a little more engaging when displayed in an online course. I like the AI feature where I can highlight all my text/content, and the AI will create different kinds of assessments for me. I also really like the ease of getting support in the chat. If I ever have q question I'm going to get feedback within a couple of minutes. I like that I can share courses within an organization. Last feature is that I like being able to send courses for review to people that are not on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish I could share images within an organization. As I create courses for a client they have specific themes only per that client, I would like to share those with others helping me with that project when they are creating their courses. It's not our organization theme but one for a particular project I'm on so only certain people need it for a limited time.

Also, as stated I like the ease of creating a course, but I think I should be able to add as many sections as I want during the course creation, but I was limited to 10.

Moving sections and content within sections and the font box doesn’t follow you. There is a work around but wish it were easier than, highlighting then scrolling back up to change the color or size.

Lastly, I wish we could share folders within our org. So if I have another team member helping me create courses yes the course is in the organization folder but I can't move it to the my course folder. Or perhaps folders within the org and shared courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that it's both an authoring tool and reporting system and not just a stand alone authoring tool that you need an expensive LMS to integrate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only improvement I regularly crave is the ability to do more reporting at individual user level. Not all users will need that, but us admins are always asked for in depth reports and currently I have to export the csv and create a report in something else. We found EasyGenerator so easy to use right from the get-go! We relied on all our team and product leads to create the courses within EasyGenerator and there was zero issues with teams creating courses. Customer support was incredible with amazing support, even in a different country. Easygenerator is extremely user-friendly and speeds up the process of creating quality eLearning courses. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about page layout or navigation features, and every course is automatically responsively designed so that's another design concern immediately resolved.

One of the coolest features is the Generative text AI; I can take a wall of text and ask it to summarize, bullet-point, or generate questions and it's done in seconds!
