I really appreciate the support that I receive from Easygenerator. It's prompt, helpful, and detailed, and they have no hesitation in jumping on a Zoom call with me for complicated problems. When I was first getting started, I needed a lot of help, and they were always there for me. The translation product they offer is very solid, enabling our broad customer base to learn in their native language, which is super helpful. I also find Easygenerator easy to use, especially with the integration with LearnUpon, which significantly helps me by pushing updates automatically. The initial setup was super easy, and the help articles and people made a big difference, accommodating my need to interact with someone directly. The interface is very user friendly, I find it easy to explain to new users how to create courses and I also think it's intuitive to work out on your own. The AI possibilities are great, and I like that it can make suggestions and create a course based on requirements. The support team are always super responsive and helpful. I like how Easygenerator helps me generate better content using AI from existing materials like PowerPoints or PDFs. It's easy for me to edit whatever AI comes up with, whether it's changing images or rewriting content. It makes the process straightforward and efficient, which is why I think it's a great tool. I think it's the images that it uses when it generates AI-generated content. It's the limitation of the context of the images. It's the one thing that you always need to replace because whatever image it attaches to a section of the course, it doesn't make sense. That's the one thing that I wish could be improved on. I like how Easygenerator makes it quick to create courses and publish them effortlessly. Translating courses has always been an issue, so this feature is a big win for me. I create a simple course in English and then translate it into five languages for the international offices, which makes it quick to reuse content and adapt it for each region. I also appreciate that with Easygenerator, I can create a video, add voice or text-to-speech, and then export the video or audio file to use in Adobe for more complex videos. Editing text is a pain: the formatting options are very simple and selecting text can be problematic. The undo functionality is limited. I like having comments, but I would like to give the reviewers the option to be able to edit the text directly in the course (or add track changes) rather than just adding comments. Content blocks are easy to use and provide variety to the training.

Translation into Welsh falls within our standards so that’s brilliant.
