Some actions can be a bit hit-and-miss, such as when dragging content blocks around, and I've had some issues with undo. Easygenerator is a very intuitive and easy-to-use platform that fits seamlessly into day-to-day L&D work. Creating courses is straightforward, with a clean interface that makes it easy to build content quickly, even for more complex topics. One feature I particularly value is the duplicate course function, it’s extremely useful when creating courses for different job roles. I can take a core course with the same theme or content and easily adapt it with small tweaks for different levels or audiences, which saves a huge amount of time.

From a learner perspective, courses are simple to navigate and complete, and on the admin side, the reporting and learner results dashboards make it easy to track progress, completions, and performance.

The AI features are another standout, they really help speed up content creation, whether that’s generating ideas, structuring content, or refining text, making the whole process more efficient.

Finally, the Easygenerator support team is excellent. They’re always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to help with any questions or challenges, which makes a big difference when you’re working to tight deadlines.

One limitation I’ve found is around layout flexibility. At times, the content block options feel a bit restrictive, for example, when adding image blocks, I may want to display four smaller images across a page, but the platform typically limits this to three smaller images or two larger images. I also often use images without text underneath, and this can sometimes impact the spacing and overall layout, making it harder to achieve the exact design I’m aiming for. reporting capabilities can be better i.e scheduling and sharing report. dynamic report sharing link is good, but it requires an active checking when needed. Certain functions could be reviewed i.e. prevention of accidental auto-translation when a manual translation was made on content blocks. (especially crucial when there are multiple authors involved). Capability to allocate co-authors to specific content blocks or language for their input (i.e. if author A should only need to review French, hence, should only be able to review French and not shown other languages. There is a lack of flexibility and personalisation when it comes to questions and assessment. It would work better if question feedback behaviour could be tailored per question or section. I’d like to be able to personalise module feedback and tailor feedback at the question purpose (formal vs. informal assessment), instead of only being able to give feedback for the entire module. Overall, these limitations drive design decisions to ensure we maintain the rigour of the learning modules and our ability to measure and assess learning. I dislike the fact that there are too few customization features in the e-learning setup, and that many things have to be done with code. For example, inserting pictures into tables, or (even more importantly) inserting a question into a normal content page. Additionally, when I want to change the type of a quiz page, I always have to change it manually. It’s the same with copying a block from one page to another—why isn’t this possible yet? What I like best about EasyGenerator is how easy it is to create e-learning content. One thing I don’t like about EasyGenerator is that the content width feels quite limited. For example, when creating larger tables, there isn’t enough horizontal space, and the table can’t extend beyond the set course width. I like how Easygenerator is simple to use for creating content, and the integration of AI gives me deeper knowledge than I currently have. The tools to create images are incredibly useful, and we're even starting to use EasyCoach now, which is elevating our content to a whole new level. The AI integration supports my team by allowing us to pull deeper content and consider items we may not have thought of before, adding real depth and diversity to our content. I would like it if Easygenerator could change the language of videos with voice over. That's not currently possible. Also, sometimes you can't add specific files in there that you'd like it to refer to, so you have to put them in as a PDF or PowerPoint, which isn't as useful.
