What do you like best about Easyflow.io?

This is the most promising automation tool we've seen so far. There is definitely a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, this will be one of the most powerful automation tools you've ever used, with lots of options for tools that have APIs. Their videos give a good overview & sense of what's involved.  Support is really attentive and responsive. What do you dislike about Easyflow.io?

Easyflow does require some level of programming or technical know-how. For example, some familiarity of JSON would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
