Let me tell you that Easyflow.ai lives up to it's name by using process design Framework to connect so many distinct applications. I used it to make connections between Notion , Wordpress and YouTube. **What do you dislike about Easyflow.io?** It can't be used out of the box and requires the user to spend a sufficient time of their time on learning the nitty gritty details of using the product. It's awesome, you can easily see what connects to what and it gives you an overview of the automation itself. There are also a lot of advanced features if you know more about APIs and how to code. **What do you dislike about Easyflow.io?** The design in the designer could be better. It's good for doing your automation, but the looks of it feel old; that's where they could improve. For me it's also not clear on what event etc that's available from i.e. Stripe. I can't find what to watch for compared to another automation tool. **What problems is Easyflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Giving me the opportunity so customize the delivery of data to me and my customers when we sell something in a store. I get information about the sold item, the end customer gets an e-mail and the client get an e-mail about what has been sold. Super convenient! ### 5. Support is good but could do with more detailed documentation for the less technical among us. **What problems is Easyflow.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** To automate and improve workflows within my business so everything is more streamlined.
