What I like best about easyfeedback is how simple it is to create and manage surveys without spending a lot of time on setup. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content, so collecting feedback and understanding responses is important for my work. The ease of use was one of the first things I noticed because creating questions and organizing surveys felt Very Simple. The ease of implementation was also good, and I was able to start building surveys quickly without a complicated learning process. I like that different question types, survey customization options, survey sharing, participant management, and response tracking are available in one place. These features are useful when collecting feedback related to nutrition guidance, consultation experiences, patient education activities, and health awareness programs. I also find the survey design process easy to manage. Creating questionnaires, adjusting survey flow, and reviewing responses can be done without much effort. The reporting features are helpful for understanding feedback in a more organized way, which makes follow-up planning easier. Performance has also been smooth for my regular survey work. Creating surveys, moving between questions, and reviewing responses is usually quick and easy. I use it whenever I need structured feedback, and the overall workflow feels organized. I love this platform for its user friendly interface. The lay out is simple in this platform making users comfortable while using it. The exporting of report can also be easily done both in single and multiple sheets. I love the templates in this platform which provides a basic on which our survey can be build easily. This improves the efficiency while creating a Form. The capability of this platform for creating forms for better visibility to desktop, tablet and mobile phone devices is worth mentioning. The AI chat available in this platform assist a lot in brainstorming and creating questionnaire. I love the overall performance and simplicity of this platform. Other than this I also love easy onboarding process. Last but not the least the distribution is also really good. This ensures the reach to all target respondents. The best part of this platform is that all those feedbacks comes to one inbox which makes organizing and collaborating with teams really easy. I love most part of this platform but I wish that that the pricing of the platform to be a little more moderate as for business plan the escalation of price is so much. I am happy with the AI chat in this platform but I wish that it could directly create a form with just a prompt. Other than this I also wish that more customization was possible.
