Also sub domain setup is still very confusing, tools does tell is something is available or not compliant but no real guide explaining details of how to setup sub domains. One last challenge is when setting up a customers domain I have to obtain several paths of access, like domain, dns and email. They all have two factor usually so it makes it a challenge to coordinate with non technical customers. Would be nice if external vendors could grant the tool acccess to not have to be able to login as the customer.
