The console gives us a good view to the status of all the domains we monitor with this. It is easy to make changes to DMARC policies of quarantine, block, or none without needing to go into DNS and they apply immediately without needing to wait for replication. Just had a ticket with support and they answered in a timely manner with a very thorough response that answered all of my questions without a lot of back and forth. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** As we have added more domains the console sometimes takes longer to load than it should. Some of the alerts we get from the console (i.e. spf issue with a domain) are red herrings and take time to review when there is not an actual issue. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are primarly trying to insure email delivery for our domains and by monitoring DMARC, DKIM, and SPF we can make sure that more of our legitimate business communications are going through and spammer and scammers have a harder time spoofing our domains. ### 16. It has a lovely interface, easy to use dashboard and leads you through carefully all that needs to be set up and monitor with today's many elements required for sending emails. I also found the onboarding call with Milena lovely and informative and have found the support team (Vlad) super friendly and helpful. It's a relief to have this kind of support as one navigates through this maze and integrates this into our business. They also have a very helpful function called EasySender so you can check the email addresses prior to sending which I have done every day since signing up. Highly recommend. **What do you dislike about EasyDMARC?** There is nothing that I dislike about EasyDmarc. Really user friendly and easy to use - as the name deplicts. **What problems is EasyDMARC solving and how is that benefiting you?** EasyDmarc is assisting with set up and integration of appropriate Dmarc, DKIM and SPF for emails ensuring delivery into inboxes when contact current clients or emailing potential new clients. If your emails are not reaching new clients it can have a detrimental effect on your business - and worse (as in my case) my domain and IP address were marked as 'bad'. ### 17. EasyDMARC provides several features beyond the standard of its competitors. It's very easy to use, and they have an API that connects your domain host provider with their system, seamlessly integrating the update to the DNS records.
