  ### 1. Lots of ads, slow running and not as user friendly as it used to be

**What do you like best about EasyBib.com?**

I like that this is a free resource and that it does what it says it does, makes bibliographys. It's nice to be able to keep track of academic resources and use on papers and writing.

**What do you dislike about EasyBib.com?**

The website used to work and function a lot better before the ads overloaded the site. I feel like it runs a lot slower and the ads frequently make the site crash.

**Recommendations to others considering EasyBib.com:**

I would lose the ads. It seems that when I have talked to others about this resource and recommended it to students on campus they already know about it and complain about how slow it is. If they aren't working on a high speed or newer computer they almost always comment on how slow and annoying the ads are.

**What problems is EasyBib.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It definitely helps reduce the time spent creating bibliographies for our daily writing.
