Easy Web 101 is a web design and support company operating out of the Phoenix metro area in Arizona. We are a team of individuals with a background in tech support who want to make a difference. Our goal is to teach small businesses and individuals how to be successful online. We offer quality and affordable design solutions and top-notch tech support. We are reliable and make ourselves easily accessible to our customers. Before starting Easy Web, we spent years in a call center providing hosting tech support. Our background is predominantly troubleshooting hosting and website issues. Tech support was often a frustrating experience for many customers as well as the technicians. Many calls were from customers frustrated with their developers. Sites that were poorly constructed, unreliable, and constantly broken. Their developers wouldn't help, didn't know how, or worse. wouldn't even pick up the phone. It was hard to find customers to find good reliable help and developers that could build quality websites. We wanted to help so, we searched high and low for good resources to point our customers toward but, it just wasn't out there.
