Mindly is a practice management system built for psychologists in Brazil. It brings together scheduling with recurring sessions, electronic clinical records compliant with LGPD (Brazil's data protection law) and the Federal Council of Psychology (CFP) rules, financial control for the practice, and appointment reminders with confirmation via WhatsApp to reduce no-shows. Online sessions run by video inside the platform, with no extra app. The calendar syncs with Google Calendar without exposing clinical data, and assisted migration is available for those switching from another system. No patient limit. Plans start at R$ 66.58/month (annual), with no lock-in contract and a 3-day free trial with no credit card required.
