Easy Takeoffs is easy and affordable construction takeoff software for contractors and estimators in every trade. Upload your PDF plans, measure and count what you need, mark up the drawings, turn your measurements into material quantities, and export your work, all without the bloat. It is easy to use from the first plan. Organize your work into named groups with their own colors and live totals, save your setups as tool sets to reuse on the next job, and export an annotated PDF or a CSV spreadsheet. Dozens of included assemblies cover common trades such as concrete, framing, drywall, roofing, flooring, and painting. You can adjust them or build your own with your materials, waste factors, rounding, and formulas, and the material quantities update as your measurements change. Practical AI features like automatic sheet naming, scale detection, and symbol counting handle the busywork. Sheets are named from their title blocks, detected scales are suggested for you to confirm, and symbol counting finds matches of a symbol you select, such as a fixture, across the plan set for you to review and add as counts. Plan search also finds text on every sheet, scanned pages included. When drawings change, upload the revision, compare it with your current set, and carry your measurements over. Share a link so others can view your takeoff without an account. Easy Takeoffs works on Windows, Mac, iPad, and Chromebook in any modern browser with nothing to install, and your work syncs to the cloud so you can pick up where you left off on another device. Easy Takeoffs focuses on the takeoff. It gives you the quantities, and you price them in your own spreadsheet or estimating software. An interactive Learning Center with sample plans helps new users get started, and support is available by email and phone.
