It's fast, even on my 12-year-old PC. I use it to recover my 2TB external HD drive. I can see the files (names of the lost files are correct- other such software uses "File XXXX, and you don't know what file is all about), the tree structure of other maps and submaps are in correct order, as it were, when the external HD was in order and working. I can't wait to recommend this software to others. When I first ran EaseUS Data Recovery software, it found my lost disk immediately. The scan procedure is faster than the rival software. Even a preview of some files, like photos, MP3 files, etc., is as if the file is not damaged. What is added to say that a free version of this EaseUS Data Recovery software offers to recover the lost file up to 2GB for free, which other software doesn't.
