I bought EaseUs Todo Backup Home 2024 because the software I was using before was not compatible with my new PC. The installation and configuration of the software was very easy. It is very easy to take an image of your hard drive both with the version installed on the PC and with the boot disk. The backup process is very fast. I have taken several images of my hard drives in both ways without any problems. The technical support is also excellent: when you ask a question, they respond very quickly and provide the right information. I am very satisfied with this software and I recommend it to everyone.

A few years ago, I downloaded the program “EaseUS Todo Backup Home” from EaseUS to try out. A little while later, I bought the software. A purchase I never regretted. It was easy to install. Finally I could create an image (copy) or a complete clone of my C- drive in a few clicks. Now when there are problems with booting the PC or other problems with Windows that I can't figure out any other way, I can boot via the so-called “PreOS Manager,” which first opens the EaseUS Todo Backup program. I can use “Browse to recover” to look up the relevant backup which I then have installed, after which my PC works perfectly again, including the other software I once installed.

In short: perfect software that is well worth its money! And even easier: if you have questions or problems about the operation of the program you can mail your question to tech support, after which a clear explanation follows. Top service! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very easy to setup and use. Mine is setup to do monthly backups on a Windows based system and there has only been a very minor problem which customer support sorted out pretty much straight away. It is really pleasing to have a quick and efficient customer support because when you do have an issue they are on hand with the answer and so downtime was at a minimum.

In the time I've used this backup service (going on 4 years), I've never had any difficulties setting up backups, making sure they run, or configuring alerts when issues arise. My issues with this are few, but should not be understated. When attempting an OS drive clone using an emergency disk (created by this program), while booted into the recovery environment, the first thing it did (before verifying the process) was erase the disk to be cloned.
