Certainly, when you already know what you want represented in an infographic (data sets, etc) Easel.ly makes for an efficient way to get great results. If you are in the IDEA stage, it may be harder to give them the information they need to work with in a way that meets your expectation. The infographic design is very professional. Easel.ly requested the information to sketch the basic design, then we had many iterations until the final design was ready. They were very responsive and always were willing to improve the graphs until all was good to go. They captured our brands' needs and the final product was in line with our brand look and feel. Nothing. I signed up for the "7-day free trial" and knew within a matter of hours I did not like the program. Very awkward trying to space things when making a custom design. I ended up switching to a different, free program where I completed the spacing correctly in a fraction of time. Had a custom inforgraphic made for a resume for an upcoming job interview and the team at Easl.ly was absolutely amazing:

a) they turned my horrible attempt at drawing it in a finished product in a flash, amazing turnaround time

b) they were very proactive in making sure the changes I proposed were in there in a flash

c) the finished product looks fantastic
