Everything about my experience with easelly was positive! I didn’t know what and how to ask what I needed, but just with a few (vague) indications from my side the design team created a incredible infographic! Incredibly fast! Besides this, the team asks you for multiple feedbacks until you’re satisfied and they understand your requests so well that you feel like you’re working in the same office with them. I was so happy to be taken out of my general darkness about communicating with graphic arts to being looked upon in a different light by my colleagues. There was a slight learning curve and maybe the steps and examples of how to work with the company could be placed in even easier steps.
