**What do you like best about Ease?**

very user friendly, great setup that is eye catching, thoughtful process during open enrollment, various reporting options

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

the reports are little wonky, when i want to do an enrollment census, it populates people who have waived insurances along with those that have enrolled in that particular benefit, so you have to take one more step upon gaining access to the report. 

When you enter or amend information, the "Saved" icon is too small. Sometimes, I don't know if my information has saved or not. I would like a larger "Do you wish to make this change" icon.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

unclear as I do not know what updates Ease has in its pipeline. I do love the new dashboard themes and coloring.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

The ability to automate the benefits enrollment process for my employees is a really good feature. I also like that you are able to onboard employees in Ease to make it a more well-rounded platform.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The reporting feature is a bit lacking, I wish there were more options and the data was able to pull more thoroughly. I also don't like that the platform isn't compatible with all insurance carriers so I have to have employees enroll in their benefits on Ease and then go into the medical carrier and double enter since it doesn't transfer or create a CSV file for upload of the elections and other required information.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease is helping me manage open enrollment and empowering employees to make decisions by giving them access to their information in one spot. This streamlines my workload and makes it easier to access the information I need.

EASE makes onboarding and benefit enrollment reasonably easy for my employees. The layout of the enrollment process is clear and, once you are in it, simple to follow.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The online support/training is not very helpful. What should be logical keyword searches don't get you to what you want to find.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apparently EASE is the best at connecting with the insurance providers, that is why so many brokers for smaller organizations use it. Having more robust HRIS tools, rather than static storage, embedded would be appreciated.

Easy to keep track of employee enrollment and the plans they choose. I also like that it shows an employee's eligibility and payroll deductions. 
This is the first time we have used this type of service, and I am pleased with it so far.

I cannot think of any downside as of yet.

Less error in employee deductions.

Ease is easy for employees to understand and use.  No training was required - just a link to get them started.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

There were a few setup issues, but they were quickly resolved.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease has eliminated the need for us to manually enter employee elections for benefits to our payroll and to vendor sites.  This eliminates hours of work, and removes the possibility of data entry errors.

The company the site is aestetically pleasing and has a great ease of use. I also love the availability of training videos to quickly walk you through how to complete tasks.

I think this is based on the mapping selection from the broker, and perhaps they should get more training.

Ease shows employees exactly how much their benefits will cost and has a easy to navigate flow.

We had some trouble with connectivity with our Payroll system and I didn't hear back from the support team, but I think the issues resolved themselves.

Ease is user-friendly and easy to update employees as well as send bulk emails to employees.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

On the employee list, would love ineligible employees' enrollment status to show with a "n/a".  It shows as "not started" but there is no reason for them to start.  Or there could be a new status added as the filter at the top where we can choose to only see eligible employees.  Right now the employee list only allows filtering the status by "active" or "all". Ineligible employees are still considered "active" until they are released from the company.

Not sure of any problems Ease is solving as the only issues I have are listed above. :)

Ease is very user-friendly and helps you to see who is onboarded, registered etc. However, the email setup can be a bit daunting when using other outside email sources. It would also be more helpful to download the paperwork for those employees who don't have access to a computer outside work hours.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Ease needs to have levels of access to management roles, especially when it can't be set up to update from the onboarding standpoint automatically.

It solves the onboarding of insurance challenge that most companies have when doing in-house HR solutions.

I don't really have any complaints about this website. The only thing i would suggest is when an employee changes any information, that we get notified about the changes.

It is making it easier on me when I do onboarding. Also the reports are fantastic! It saves me so much time instead of pulling the reports from Quickbooks, i can just generate them on Ease.

There have been incorrect Kaiser small group rates provided for staff, as their current age was used instead of their age as of Jan 1st.

Ease has made it very EASY to manage our employee's benefit selections.  Once I enter the new employee into ease and send out the link, the application provides a step by step guide to complete enrollment!  We are very happy with this product!

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Human error does happen.  I'd like for it to be a bit easier to correct accidental terminations and/or additions.  An undo option would be ideal!

The benefit to Ease is having a one-stop, uniform way of managing employee benefit enrollments.  It has saved time and energy!

The way the presentation can be shown to employees makes it a superior software package. Documentation is right there and where you need to click for selections is clearly visible.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

There is not anything I would say I have disliked about Ease. I believe Ease is a simple-to-use platform. Even our non-tech-savvy employees had a smooth time using Ease.

Ease is helping the smooth integration between health insurance brokers and the payroll company we use to make sure everyone is guaranteed a chance to enroll in benefits.

We made the switch to Ease last year and it has been amazing.  All of the information is streamlined and easy to find.  It has made enrollment for our company 10 times better!

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

There are a couple of things that have been confusing to our employees, such as where to add in their I9 information. A lot of people added it in under "Documents" instead of adding it in the I9 section.  But this is a small thing that doesn't affect the user experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Ease:**

Ease has made everything better for our company when it comes to onboarding and enrolling in Benefits.  I highly recommend Ease!

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to connect with our dental and life insurance provider is amazing.  This capability makes my job much simpler and less time consuming.  Also, having all of the employee information in one place is great.

As an administrator, I would like the reports' functionality to improve. This function seems outdated and can use improvement. It could use both user-friendly reports creation and better filtering of the reports when produced.

The Ease platform has been successful at our organization as it has streamlined our benefits enrollment process, made it paperless and easy for employees to keep track of the information as well as get in touch with the benefits representatives when they need help.

It's very straightforward to use. I add employees with a few details and then have the system email them login instructions. Employees rarely have questions on how to access information or use the tool.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

From an admin point of view, I love how easy it is to send reminders to employees as well as log in links in case the employee cannot find the link. From an employee point of view, the portal is very easy to navigate as well. The messaging is very clear and the order of benefit plans shown makes sense as well.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The only issue I've had is the confirmation email employees recieve after they submit their open enrollment selections. The confirmation email states to the employee that their benefits were submitted but still need to be reviewed, which makes them think they need to do something else on their end. I don't think the employees need to know about the review process - the simpler, the better.

**Recommendations to others considering Ease:**

Ease is an excellent tool for companies looking to offer a simple and straightforward open enrollment experience. The website is easy to follow as an employee. It's also easy to navigate as an administrator - keeping track of the progress of our employees' enrollment has never been easier! I have heard of other Ease products and although we will not be using them in the future since we are moving to our own HRIS system, I believe they are just as simple and efficient as Ease was implementing the Open Enrollment feature.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a separate system to host our Open Enrollment during a gap while we transitioned away from our PEO to ou rown HRIS system, and hosting an Open Enrollment in Ease solved the issue. Our performance has increased - I believe more employees enrolled in our benefits because the Ease portal is so simple.

The buttons to elect or waive are just a grayed-out checkmark or x - I couldn't figure out how to get the plans to be selectable so I had to contact support to learn how to proceed. Would be nice if the check or x was more noticeable

more secure than paper enrollment forms with personal information. Easy to have all of the selections somewhere where I can login and see my plan info when needed

Quick to configure plans, and upload the employee census. Information is readily available .

Some of the configuration rules are cumbersome to set up or if there's an enhancement and it affects the current plan structure and it's not caught right away.

Enrollment issues. It's easy to determine who and what plan the employee decided to enroll in. Running payroll reports - consolidated billing report and the open enrollment changes reports are fantastic

For a small business that has a majority of younger employees < age 30, Ease Central made benefits easy to understand. As an admin, I am able to check on progress of enrollment, send reminders, and manage accounts easily.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

More notifications directly to the admin in regards to benefit changes or updates. I often have to rely on my Health insurance representative for updates that I could receive from Ease directly.

**Recommendations to others considering Ease:**

In small businesses, owners and managers have to wear a lot of hats. With Ease, the headache of managing benefits is removed and I can focus on supporting my team both in and out of the business.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing benefits and picking plans. This is much easier than having to submit PDF and copies for over 30 employees. I can also manage terminations and additions very easily.

Have not been able to print a form for employees to sign when I assist with benefit elections.  Not very intuitive but I haven't explored the process fully.
