**What do you like best about Payment Link?**

We are using Easebuzz for payment-receiving. It is easy to use and takes less time to do payments.
Settlement is easy to reconcile as there is no charges on us.
Payer has to pay the charges if they opt to pay by other modes from UPI.
Payment status can be checked on real time as it's cancelled by user, or it's dropped by any other reason.
There are different drop downs is given for getting funds in different account.

**What do you dislike about Payment Link?**

According to my personal experience, i don't face any issues while using this software. So, nothing to dislike about this software. But settlement is not done on non working days do if suppose there is 3-4 banking holiday is there so I'll have to wait for getting the funds in account.

**What problems is Payment Link solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software solves the issue of getting payment from any mode without any worry.
Settlement & reconciliation work also got easier with easebuzz.
