Easy to edit and roll out new audit questions. The software is rather quick and responsive, and its nice to have phone access to it. The scoreboard/gamification of the audits is a nice feature. The "ease" of scheduling in EASE is great to use, it allows you to truly customize your needs in your business. The only issue that I have found in EASE is that sometimes getting the reports to show what we need can be somewhat time consuming. Deleting missed audits one by one. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated.
