All quality checks are performed exactly on time, with the automated scheduling features, without any manual supervision. We are really appreciative of our mobile application that enables our production team to take mobile defect photos and log compliance data on the spot. **What do you dislike about EASE?** The first implementation phase is very hectic and administrators are forced to go through very confusing configuration menus. Downloading raw data to external spreadsheet tools to generate reports is necessary to create customized compliance reports, which the built-in analytics are woefully inadequate. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** All our compliance documentation is stored in one place with EASE, and we no longer have to deal with the problems of keeping fragile paper records. The software automatically analyzes the results of the audit and activates pre-defined corrective action processes at once. ### 2. Another excellent feature is the audit trail, which has saved us hours while conducting compliance reviews by readily providing access to who changed it, when and why. Better still, the customizable dashboards enable me to monitor KPIs at a glance such as non-conformance rates or CAPA completion times, without being inundated with spreadsheets. **What do you dislike about EASE?** It's not plug and play; it took our team a solid week of tinkering, plus a couple of instances that required some support. I would like to also see more flexibility with the reporting templates as sometimes there is a need to make manual adjustments in Excel to export data for leadership reviews. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to have days a week before we got a CAPA done because there was too much paper and email chasing to get it done right! Now all of this is in one system: Non-conformances automatically move to the right team, deadlines are followed with reminders, and we reduced our resolution time. No batch option. If an used forgets to put in the time off and a week later he missed 5 audits, you can't select all five and delete them, you have to go one by one. and maybe some of the features, as the platform evolved, had become a bit complicated. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly used for LPA audits and also we do some of the 5S audits using EASE platform. It is a useful system. It helps with my safety audits at work. **What do you dislike about EASE?** Would like to use it in different ways, such as daily pre-shift inspections, and somehow share that info to other shift operators so they know issues. The only downfall here is that associates must have a work email to use it. Mobile app does not work with my Iphone. **Recommendations to others considering EASE:** Start small with a few questions, and work your way up to more if reasonable. Too many questions and it will be too burdening to use for associates. I would like to see a question area that can still be assigned for follow-up. Mitigations are also very visible helping them be reliably addressed. **What do you dislike about EASE?** Scheduling of audits is abysmal. It must be manually rescheduled any time new auditors or audits are introduced. Scheduling a few weeks of audits for 4 different users groups takes separate actions for each rather than any memory. Loading time for scheduling can be upwards of 15 minutes, which increased my scheduling time from 5 minutes confirming my automatic scheduling in my previous system to several hours a month at minimum. Users are unable to reschedule audits or transfer to someone else, so the admin (who is also the scheduler) has to maintain for sick, vacation, etc for every auditor. At a site my size, this means tracking a hundred schedules. **What problems is EASE solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy training for auditors, an aesthetically pleasing interface, and accountability. **Official Response from Gavin Drake:** > Hi Anthony, thank you for your review! Users can now input their availability in the EASE calendar and more recently we have added a 'Delete Audit' request which enables auditors to request the removal of one of more audits if for example they were off sick or otherwise unavailable to conduct a scheduled audit (past or future). ### 42.
