**What do you like best about Earned Value?**

Numbers speak to me.  I can tell where a control account is going by looking at their EVM data

**What do you dislike about Earned Value?**

Gaming the System!  I dislike CAMs that try to game to the system to not have to tell the truth about where their control accounts are cost/schedule wise.

**What problems is Earned Value solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to see what the cost and schedule variances are and take a look at remedying the issue.
