I've found Timeular to be essential to tracking my time. What makes it different than other tracking tools is that it allows you to drill down to capture notes on specific tasks within the work timeframe. The time-tracking cube -- I no longer have to put any thought into tracking my time (except to remember to flip the cube -- and it has become second nature). I love that it literally does all the work for me, recording time down to the minute.

The Context Tracking feature also shows you what apps and websites you've been using during the day, so if there ARE gaps in your time at the end of the day, you can figure out what they were. I don't use a ton of the Timeular features so I don't find any problems with it -- but I have noticed the program runs a little slower and takes longer to do things when I have Context Tracking enabled.

It is very helpful to investigate how much time I need for a specific task or for a whole role, that I need to cover in our company. Like that I can easily tell how much time I will need to get a common task done in the future. Furthermore this helps me a lot to plan my week, set my sketchule and to find good meeting arrangments.
