5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

I love how easy to use is the physical tracker and how well the app is designed. it allows me to understand and get insights on where I spend my time and help to make sure I allocate properly my time. Also, the support to the tool is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

It is not a dislike but just a suggestion. if it could be possible to introduce a Pomodoro mode would be a nice to have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quickly create and modify time entries"
4/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

What I appreciate most about Timeular is the speed and convenience of adding new time entries. It features a global shortcut, eliminating the need to reopen the app or website. Additionally, you can quickly update your entries in the overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

The rounding function in the insights tab does not consistently round to the accurate time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surprisingly easy time accounting for our team"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

Timeular solves the problem of "how much time did I spend on which task/customer/activity" with high accuracy and easy switching between those.

Since 2017, I've onboarded my whole team: after initial conceptual communication ("shared space? Folder?", "when do we use it?", "what do we actually track"), all of them are now daily users.

For our monthly reports and our external billing, the integrations could be improved - but is sufficient enough with PDF exports in the UI and the CSV export via the REST-API. The accuracy of our invoices greatly improved as well.

If there are issues (or praise!), reaching customer support was easy and yielded fast and accurate responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

We're using Timeular to track time spent. For working hours, absences or vacation, we rely on other systems.

As such, while the price is acceptable, the price is relatively high: we're not using all what is offered for the price.

Linux support with the provided AppImage is okay. I understand that us Linux users are not the priority. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great hassle free time tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

It's easy to track time for client work (billable) and your own work (marketing for example). It's easy to setup and tracking itself doesn't require any work, especially if you use the tracker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

I haven't found any big downsides yet. Sometimes it's difficult to 'drag' teh field in calendar view as you easily select the work field. But that's just a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This is THE time tracking app"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

Not only is it ready out of the box, but I bought it years ago and all they have done is enhance the app. Adding budgets, billing, etc. They are also releasing fixes, etc as they are human and developers be developers :> and they are committed that any issue is resolved. I just submitted a ticket and the response time was MINUTES. It makes my billing, and managing myself using the dual pyramid that my ADD can ACTUALLY manage. The recent access of API calls also allows me to tie it to apps that extend past the ones already built in with integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

This is NITpicking, and it's probably their lack of integrations, would love clickup as I have clients have started to move past just jira. The second piece is probably multiple calendars, it works and as more and more of my clients force me into THEIR spaces, it can be a pain, and I don't have any good ideas how to manage this, and again it works. Partly it's because I'm a power user and I WANT IT ALL, but damn they do a great job of giving me all I need and even new innovations that have made my productivity and tracking be easier and easier over time. Love it, and the fact the team work stuff REALLY works, for me it's a no brainer if you have 1 or 1000 employees, you should be augmenting your staff with this app and the physical tracker. "I use Timeular daily and it makes my timesheet so much easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

Seeing the object physically on my desk reminds me to change the side when I change projects. It also makes it much easier to fill out my timesheet every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

Sometimes the updates make things worse. For example, the Insights page, that I use to fill out my timesheet, now shows the pop-up for the comment (which I click to copy into my timesheet) over the date. So if I go down each one, I can't tell when the date changes cause the pop-up covers it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy, efficient and super helpful"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

Super easy to use via app, easy to make corrections and to accomodate different types of people and work environments (app, tracker). Support team is friendly and very quick. Budgets are a great thing, billable option exactly what we need in my organisation. The Insights are incredible, again very easy to use and something I can show in a management meeting without the need to alter any complicated reports. We mainly use it to track our times for different projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

Not really much comes to mind - minor things like archived activities cannot be retrieved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use Effective Time Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

As a virtual assistant, I use Timeular every day! I need to track the time I spend on each client's work and the time I spend managing my business. Timeular allows me to do it efficiently and effectively and was effortless to implement and integrate into my daily routine.

However, sometimes, I get too busy and forget to track my time or due to client demands, I have to change tasks rapidly. With most other time tracking systems, this was a problem but not with Timeular! Their automatic tracking feature logs which apps are active. I can always look back at my day, add in any time I've missed, and ensure I'm billing correctly! It's been a real money-saver (money earner).

Also, the customer support is AMAZING. The team is very responsive and seem to care deeply about their users and their experiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

I was an early user of Timeular and my dodecahedron is powered by a CR2032 battery. I never seem to remember to buy replacement batteries so it just sits on my desk. But whenever I see it, it reminds me to press the "QuickTrack" shortcut keys and get back to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best, most efficient/comprehensive/and FUN! time tracking app out there!"
5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

There's a lot of simple innovation that is present with Timeular. While the tracking app may feel similar to many out there, the physical widget/cube is a game changer. It creates an engagement in time tracking that makes it fun, creative and brings consciousness in how we use our time. In the world of business, this is essential on all ends (time behind the scenes / in front with clients).

Timeular keeps on rolling out features related to billing and optimization that feels like it's at the cutting edge and early start of a large ecosystem in how it wants to serve it's customers. I also love the 1:1 feeling when engaging with customer service which is a rarity these days.

I've also gifted the Timeular widget/cube to a number of colleagues as I think the ease of use and integration is seemless and really brings an immediate value to one's use of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

Sometimes adusting times on the computer app is finicky/takes a few more steps than it should. I wish you could set the normal standard time block (currently it's 20 minutes; 30 would seem like more suitable given the culture of meetings these days). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Small data science team"
4.5/5
What do you like best about EARLY?

Calendar integration covers most of my needs. The tags are great for keeping an eye on where time is going on as needed. Haven't use the app or url tracking, but it could come in handy when my calendar doesn't cover anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EARLY?

Three days in with a team of 8, and nothing so far. It's very easy to use, and undo things when you change your mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
