EagleOnyx started because the same pattern kept repeating. A small business owner calls their IT provider with a problem. They get a ticket number. They wait. They follow up. They wait more. Eventually someone responds, sometimes with the right fix, sometimes not. Otto Mand started EagleOnyx to break that pattern. Founder-led means the person responsible for results is also the person answering the phone. No layers. No hand-offs. No “let me check with the team.” The Central Florida focus is intentional. We are not trying to be the biggest MSP in the country. We are trying to be the best one for businesses in our area, knowing the local environment, available for real on-site visits, building actual relationships.
