Camera selection from Eagle Eye is a little subpar. But the software does support a wide range of cameras from other manufacturers. Also some customers have been confused about downloading and storing clips offline and the process to do so. EEN saves the clip in a queue for downloading but some customers have assumed that the clip is downloaded when they click the download button initially. The Eagle-Eye platform provides our customers a fast and easy way to deploy video surveillance without the worry of providing or maintaining servers, configuring firewalls, worrying about video retention and backup, etc. The small up-front cost of the bridge units also provides an easy way for our customers to ease into the platform. There aren't many down-sides, but if I had to pick something, I would say that their legacy units were pretty temperamental when it came to temperature and temporary network outages. This seems to have been remedied with their new "+" series of bridges. There also seems to be some inconsistency in how the cameras get imported and capabilities, i.e. I have the same model of camera in different spots on the same bridge.
