"Amazing surveillance solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

Eagle eye is incredibly flexible and is allowed my company to provide surveillance cameras in places we would otherwise have not been able to with traditional NVR solutions. It does this without compromising Security and with robust features like using AI to search video footage quickly. It also One of the most cost-effective options that we have been able to find. What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

I have not been a big fan of their cameras in the past. However, those have gotten better as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In all honesty, I just looked into the questions I was interested in so I really can't say because overall it looks like a good brand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"EEN is a fantastic reliable solution with great service."
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

It's cloud functionality and ease of setup with their bridge and CMVR devices. There is very minimal setup. It strives very hard to be plug and play Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

I think they strive a bit too hard to be plug and play with minimal setup. This leaves integrators in a tough spot sometimes with their customers when we put equipment on their network and it doesn't work immediately because there is some configuration on their network that needs to be done. This configuration isn't readily available and you need to get with support to find it out. Even then their support shys away from helping when it comes to configuring a clients network. "Eagle Eye is a Pleasure to Work With"
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

I probably like the app the best. In an industry plagued by terrible apps and customer experiences, Eagle Eye has hands down the best app experience I've seen. I also like the experience on the installer end, it is easy to use and set up and when you do need it, tech support has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

Early on, their bridges seemed to have some quality control issues. They were always quick to RMA and get a replacement out but I did go through a few. It seems as though they have resolved this, though, as I have not had one go bad in some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eagle Eye has been a better all-around experience than any other manufacturer we've used."

What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

Products are plug-and-play, for the most part, and there service has been exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

Three years ago, when we started using their products, we had a few bridges that failed. That hasn't happened in a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I have recommended Eagle Eye to other contractors getting into surveillance."
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

It's an affordable product that typically works well. Even the CMVRs are much, much more cost-effective than a traditional turn-key NVR from other manufacturers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

Generally we have had very good experiences with Eagle Eye, but in the past year or so we have repeatedly run into software/firmware issues, issues with switch modules inside of bridges/CMVRs (to the point where we do not sell those particular SKUs anymore), and inconsistent tech support experiences (sometimes we'll talk to 3 different techs on a support ticket and the 3rd one will have a quick and easy solution, raising the question of why were the first 2 not aware of said solution?)

The online training materials could use a proofread/update. Some of the questions, particularly relating to CMVR HDD capacity, were blatantly incorrect when compared to current EEN marketing materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Trust partner with relevant and current technology."
5/5
What do you like best about Eagle Eye Networks?

Constant innovation of existing technology. Eagle Eye is constantly looking for new approaches in an industry with a lot of complacencies. The ability to tell customers about upcoming and revolutionary technologies in the pipeline is a powerful selling tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eagle Eye Networks?

The lack of a non-subscription based model can be a difficult thing to overcome in the economy hotel sector. The ability for a simple plug and leave, CMVR could bring a new sector of customers to the table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
