I like the print driver, and having the option to upload documents right from your screen. I also like the integration with my company's system. Its makes keeping everyone's file easy in one place. There are ton's of dashboards, and calendars to keep you organized. I personally love the follow up reminders. I haven't missed a follow up yet! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about eAgent? One of the things I don't care for is having to constantly authenticate to use the print driver. Another thing I don't care for is having to create my own eAgent accounts for customers. For the most part the integration between my company and eAgent is quite good.
