**What do you like best about eTrusted?**

The great advantage of this platform is all the automation tools it has to automate communications with clients with the aim of generating quality reviews. It also offers the possibility to set goals to maximize the number of reviews.

**What do you dislike about eTrusted?**

Greater customization of trustmark. Greater contextual integration (checkout, product pages, not just footer). Clear explanation of real value (protection, not just generic "trust")

**What problems is eTrusted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Validate the trust of customers in the company and significantly improve the reputation. Additionally, as it is a quality seal, the company that possesses it is perceived as a safe and reliable company.

The reviews of my online store are very important for the positioning of my company and this helps our results. It is very easy to use; it is a very simple integration.

**What do you dislike about eTrusted?**

it can become costly if you manage many accounts in various countries.

**What problems is eTrusted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having many branches in different countries, it is very important to know what users think of our services; it is an indicator of how we are doing in logistics, stock, customer service, etc.

**What do you like best about eTrusted?**

- At the beginning of the relationship, a Customer Support member from eTrusted reviews your website to ensure everything is fine and provides you with solutions.
- It's an added security for the client
- Easy implementation/integration
- Easy to use
- Customizable

**What do you dislike about eTrusted?**

- After the first contact, no one gets in touch with you even if the results (number of reviews per month) are not good. There is no account follow-up, and I think it is vital for this type of service.
- If you decide to cut ties because the results are not good, they still force you to continue with the signed contract (annual) without offering any solution/improvement. Additionally, we got a Key Account Manager who leaves much to be desired and treated us quite poorly.
- It is too invasive for the customer, as popups keep appearing at the end of the purchase and they send an email directly to the customer.

**What problems is eTrusted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Try to resolve the users' trust in our website based on reviews from other customers and a quality seal.

It does not generate qualified traffic to the site compared to other competitors,

**What do you like best about eTrusted?**

I like that eTrusted works in the background and it is very low-maintenance for the user, making this product very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about eTrusted?**

I have yet to find something undesirable about eTrusted, because they work perfect for what i need and havent disappointed me in any way to date!

**What problems is eTrusted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a corporation, we were needing to not only establish a positive image in the community and with our customer base, but to build on that reputation, as well. eTrusted did just that, and it clearly showed that we had an improvement in customer base and customer relations after using the platform with eTrusted - and that benefits our corporation ALL THE WAY AROUND.

e Trsted provide marketplace with great security for buyer and also seller with excellent rating and feedback method consumer can trust.

**What do you dislike about eTrusted?**

Right now I am not seeing any loopholes so there is no reason to dislike.

**What problems is eTrusted solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can find reviews and feedback so I can trust seller with positive feedback because in online marketplace we should find genuine seller and buyer.
