I host some of my websites along with several of my clients' websites. I have been using it for years and have never ever contacted them for downtime issues. Their panel is easy to use and operate. Since I use Cpanel hosting, I never needed their support after the initial setup. I am comfortable with managing everything with WHM and Cpanel. The cloud infrastructure is highly scalable and pricing is also competitive for small businesses. The server's performance is great and their customer support is also responsive and helpful. **What do you dislike about E2E Cloud?** I don't think I have found anything to dislike yet. The uptime of over 99% that E2E provides, the support they offer, and the price point they offer the servers at are among the best in the market. For start-ups, I would highly recommend E2E. They offer good services for scaling and growing start-ups. **What do you dislike about E2E Cloud?** I don't see any cons as of yet, but I will review it later again. We are using E2E Ubuntu servers to manage our workload and have onboarded over 700 clients to date on our application. We have over 99% uptime provided by E2E and they offer good support as well. Since I did not face any quality difference between AWS and E2E, personalized customer support is the thing I like most at E2E.
