It is easy to initiate the trades and sales I need. My company used to be with other provider that was challenging to navigate and not user-friendly. **What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to manage my stock granted by my company. I am able to do this effectively and easily through their online platform. It is much easier to navigate than competitors, in my experience. ### 11. I also value the calendar for IPO dates and quarterly report releases. **What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?** The learning curve was relatively high initially, so it took some time to learn about all the features of the E*Trade Web Platform independently. Also, margin interest rates are much higher than competitors, and for that reason, I am less likely to trade with E*Trade. **What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The research I can conduct on E*Trade is much better than other brokerage firms. They collate and display all the data in a user-friendly way, so it does not become a burden to read and understand. ### 12. It was pretty easy to also set up a rollover IRA and an individual brokerage account. I ended up having to transfer a ton of money from old 401ks and the process to deposit the checks via their mobile app was easy. **What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?** Literally cannot view the portfolio section. It's been down for over 3 weeks now so I have no clue what I bought certain stocks at and where they are at now. It also takes way too long to have money available after I transfer directly from bank account. Views are terrible when it comes to viewing what you have available from our own transfers vs margin purchase power. They do not make it easy to see your own balance. **What problems is E*Trade Web Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a platform to consolidate all my old 401ks outside of my current work account. Also have some play money so wanted a way to easily invest my own money in a separate account ### 14. I like the UX of the website and the app, and how easy they are both to use. I also have my IRA linked and am able to trade stocks in that. **What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?** There is not much I don't like with ETRADE. If I had to say something it would be that the IPOs are never good stocks I would actually want to participate in. The app is very thorough, you can make trades with ease. Option trades, shorting and more. Everything is pretty easy to do and their customer service is top notch. Waiting for a customer service agent is not a problem with this company. Definitely a rarity in today’s world if customer service. **What do you dislike about E*Trade Web Platform?** E*TRADEs fees are what eventually had me switch. I now use robinhood which has no fees!
