If you need to add more users to the account you have 2 options. You can either add team members to your account who will each have a unique log in but can operate within the team account, or alternatively you can utilise an Unlimited User Plan or the Enterprise Plan.

In reference to your issue with capturing an accurate signature, we have recently pushed some functionality updates, one of which allows you to edit the signature field. I would be more than happy to discuss these updates further if you wish.

We are glad using E-Sign provides you value for money, and the latest feature updates which go live next week will hopefully provide you an even greater ROI.
You stated you found the signing process time can be too high. As your aware the stages for document creation and sending are document content specific so some can be quicker than others. For recipient signing response times, we operate at a very high service level availability however there are times where processing can be slower due to other factors such as email addresses etc.

We've been using E-Sign for the last few years and as a small web agency having clients sign maintenance & development contracts has been invaluable. The contracts are legally binding and have been used by us as evidence in claims court to retrieve monies owed. We've found the web app to be fast, intuitive and very easy to use, which is vital for causing least friction to potential clients during the key agreement stages. The mobile app needs some improvements but we've been told by the company that a new release will be out soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

E-sign is really intuitive and easy to use, works on all my mobile devices and really streamlines the processes of getting invoices and contracts signed. I cannot amend a document once it is uploaded and I am charged for sending it out. If a client wants to amend something then I have to upload a new document and send it again with another charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
