**What do you like best about e-shot?**

There are many options to choose from when deciding how to build an effective email campaign.  For example, you can have only certain people notified based on information about them.  This avoids spamming customers who are not interested and targeting customers who will want to see the campaign.

**What do you dislike about e-shot?**

$99 a month for the service is too expensive for us.  We can perform email campaigns usng existing free services at relatively the same quality.  E-shot has a nice UI, and lots of features, but if you aren't leveraging all of it, the system feels expensive.

**What problems is e-shot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary use case for e-shot were email campaigns.  We want to write emails that would automatically publish templates with user information.  We also wanted to avoid sending it to all users, and only send it to users based on information we had about them.
