Most tax teams spend the first weeks of every filing season chasing clients for documents via email, collecting attachments without structure, and manually organizing everything before the real accounting work can start. E-Phorm Tax replaces that with a guided client portal where clients log in, complete an 8-section structured tax intake, upload their documents, and submit. Accountants see every client's status in real time, know exactly what has been submitted and what is still missing, and start working from a complete, organized file. The platform supports multi-year filing, spouse and partner forms, role-based access for admins, accountants, and clients, and secure document management with encrypted storage.
