E-Phorm Audit is a client document request and engagement management platform built for audit and assurance firms. Most audit teams manage their PBC lists through email and spreadsheets. Documents come back scattered across inboxes and shared drives, nobody knows what is missing without digging through threads, and the audit trail only exists if someone remembered to maintain it. E-Phorm Audit replaces that with a structured workspace where every document request has its own location, status, message thread, and file history. Clients upload directly to where each document belongs. Managers see pending, fulfilled, accepted, and returned requests across the entire firm from a single dashboard. A progress bar on every engagement shows exactly how complete each file is the moment you log in. The platform is organized around your firm's structure: departments contain client companies, client companies contain engagements, and engagements contain categorized requests. Every request panel has five tabs — Information, Messages, Files, Users, and Settings — and an automatic tracking log that records every status change with timestamps. The audit trail builds itself. Five role types give you precise control over who sees what, from firm-wide admins down to client assistants scoped to a single request. An AI Analyze feature scans message threads to surface unanswered questions before anything gets missed. E-Phorm Audit is built for audit managers, partners, and their clients who need to stop chasing documents and start reviewing them.
