The customer service is excellent, queries are dealt with swiftly and you deal directly with a person so it's easy to communicate your specific query with the team. The software is very easy to use - particularly for the funtionality it is meant for doing - applying leaves, checking leave balances, approving leaves etc. It's easy to configure different types of leaves based on organizational/country needs, and setup leave carry-over or accrual policies. E-days is an excellent tool available on various platforms. What do you dislike about e-days? It would be excellent if in future updates e-days could reach more platforms and have more languages available, such as Latin American Spanish, French, and Italian.
