**What do you like best about e-Courier CMS?**

Very personalised pickup and dropoff services provided by e-courier company but i wish to have realtime options to select time of pickup to enhance my business experience.

**What do you dislike about e-Courier CMS?**

Need better interface in apps like other business in courier service. Better customer support and chat support 24x7
Also may be more options for expensive items like furniture with better insurance option.

**What problems is e-Courier CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficent service and easy to go service. 
Its helping my personal and business needs
Pickups are well scheduled and are in given time without any excuses. Really Helps

The comprehensive and customisable platform permits the shipping department to manage the delivery network, connect with the customers and streamline operations from order to payment processing.

**What do you dislike about e-Courier CMS?**

Perhaps the recognition by our less tech savvy staff. Ability to auto correct the regional spelling differences.

**What problems is e-Courier CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software has helped our company reduce data entry hours, accounting time, dispatching and driver coordinator hours. Merge of disparate systems.
