**What do you like best about e-Courier CMS?**

their customs handling capabilities and the tracking information automation are something we often found usefull when we prepare a PO it will consume less time compare to other tool.

**What do you dislike about e-Courier CMS?**

the customer support could be better , we were getting few errors in developing one of our database ready, and we were trying to reach to their support services and they were like kind of unresponsive

**What problems is e-Courier CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the customs handeling capabilities we found very usefull for our business, as our senior management staff says it really helps us in speeds up things and related automation also help in less engagement of our staff members.
